RIIA shorts screenings are back and will begin in July of 2021. To start all screenings will be outdoors and will be limited to less than 5o people based on the size of the screen and the projector power. Looking forward to seeing those who show up for these great films.

Poet Sara Sprague Knight came to my studio one afternoon and camped out in the hopes of finding words to connect with my work. I went about my duties as if she wasn't there and she left a few hours later with the origins of her poem, Limn. As soon as Sara had the poem penned I got busy animating the words. I felt that keeping it simple and straightforward was the best route. Hand stamped text and very minimal visuals seemed to fit. The installation at the Project Space at the University of Rhode Island brings the text and images together full circle.
